GEARS is an acronym for Grinding Equipment And Reline Support. GEARS has dealt with hard rock mining mill systems all over the globe. Low overheads mean we can pass on our savings to clients by offering price matching or better pricing than most major OEMs. We can rapidly deploy highly-skilled technicians worldwide.
GEARS Mining was established in 2014 in response to a demand from mine sites for highly skilled technical tradespeople. In the current economic climate, clients are looking for multi-skilled vendors that can maintain and service their equipment on-site. Hence, they eliminate the expense and hassle of dealing with multiple vendors. GEARS Mining initially started out as a mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance company specialising in servicing mobile and fixed plants used throughout the crushing and grinding process. Our outstanding dedication to providing unrivalled customer support and service led customers to urge us to start designing our equipment. What began as small products has scaled right through to large mill relining packages, consisting of all the equipment and tooling for your process plant, including rock breakers, inching drives, HPGR transporters, feed chute transporters, liner handlers and linerbolt removal tools.
